"OMMC will not do circumcision inside and outside the hospital."

March 13, 2003, in an Executive Medical Board meeting, all chairpersons of the clinical departments of OMMC supported the stand of the Department of Surgery (NO to Routine Circumcision; NO to Operation Tule). No department will do circumcision in the hospital starting March 13, 2003.
